The Unheard Bell (時を止める鐘 (アンハードベル) , Time-Stopping Bell^?) is one of the cataloged Artifact in the illustrated compilation of recorded Relics and it was retrieved by the White Whistles Lyza and Ozen.

Description

The Unheard Bell is a large grey bell with a geometric pattern carved into its exterior.

It was discovered in a highly inaccessible location within the 4^th Layer. Information of its location was leaked to multiple countries, sparking a fierce competition to recover it.

It is a Special Grade Artifact capable of stopping time. It is capable of stopping time for anyone other than the user, inside a range determined by the volume of the sound. The duration of time being stopped depends on the duration of the reverberation. The physical properties of the waves produced by the bell’s ringing were observed to be different from that of sound waves (as determined by measuring the velocity and strength of its waves).

Even when struck, the appearance of it making sound and the sound itself cannot be seen or heard by anyone other than the user.
