The Song of Hariyomari (ハリヨマリの歌 (うた) , Hariyomari no uta) or The Hariyomari Collection (ハリヨマリ集 (しゅう) , Hariyomari-shū) refers to a fairy tale appearing in books about The Abyss and spread around by children in songs and games. According to Nanachi, it is based on the tales of White Whistles. However, Srajo reveals that the origins of the song lie with The Priestess and an unknown delver collaborator. First appearing in a set of sealed letters found on the 1^st Layer of The Abyss 250 years ago. While still being deciphered, a large part of the original message suddenly disappeared. Portions that were once thought lost were, in time, somehow spread among the populace by strange happenstance. It is rumored that the names Sherumi and Menae were mentioned in the lost portion of the original scripture.

The song describes places deep in The Abyss, such as a scenery from the 6^th Layer featuring Emperorshell, as well as referring to the "Netherworld Priestess" and the "Faraway Nest". It is rumored that the only way to reach the bottom of The Abyss and still live is to possess the knowledge coded within the Song of Hariyomari.

According to Srajo, the true form of the Birthday-Death Disease, which is rumored to be the cause behind the Praying Skeletons being left every 2,000 years, is in truth the "Breath" mentioned in the original scripture.

The complete lyrics have yet to be compiled, however, fractions of the song have been introduced by Nanachi, Cravagli, Srajo, and an unknown individual from Volume 13.
