Description[]
A Hamashirama, which lives in the Sea of Corpses, is cleaned, rubbed with algae salt, and cut into pieces.[2] The reddish-yellow guts are removed because they make you sick and since the skin is too tough to eat, it is used as the plate instead.[3]
Trivia[]
- The dish is based of Akihito Tsukushi's experience of preparing a squid by himself, and removing slime while preparing an octopus.[4]
