Description[]
Due to their hardiness and apparent omnipresence, Eternal Fortunes are a major symbol of vitality to the citizens of Orth.[1] Representative of the cycle of life in The Abyss, they are used in celebrations of all kinds, from birthdays to funerals to everything in between.[1] They are used in cooking as a common spice and as decoration, and are commonly depicted in stories and illustrations. They are cultivated on all streets and can be found in all the scenery of the city and in all layers of The Abyss as well.[1]
The Garden of the Flowers of Resilience, a notable field of these flowers that existed in the 4th Layer, was destroyed in order to exterminate the invasive Amaranthine-Deceptors.[2]
