Dream-retreat Alcoholic Medicine (夢遁薬酒 (ムトンヤクシュ) , Muton-yakushu) is a type of medicinal alcohol given to Hello Abyss by Mepopohon as a substitute for the refund of their remaining stay at Mepopohon's Inn.

Description

An alcoholic beverage with anesthetic properties. The container carried by Riko is wrapped in cloth which appears to be falling apart, but it still manages to display writings in the form of Beyond Glyphs. These writings and the fabric used cause Reg to deduce that it was a gift given to them by Mepopohon, from The Village of Iruburu.

As pointed out by Yataramar, the process of producing such a solution could take at least 100 years. The elixir in question takes a key role in the treatment of Nanachi's wounds after the encounter with the Mysterious Beast from the 7^th Layer.
